In the heart of the summer season, this 5-day retreat (also weekend-only option) in the sweet village of Colpoys Bay on the Bruce Peninsula offers you a chance to relax deeply, let go of stress & anxiety, and cultivate your evolutionary journey in one of Ontario’s most beautiful landscapes. Colpoys Bay is a gorgeous estuary of Georgian Bay (Lake Huron) with the limestone cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment and the Bruce Trail ringing it’s shores.
Besides long afternoon breaks to rest, meditate or explore the many attractive features of the area, the program will provide a warm and safe ‘container’ for your journey in self discovery, creativity and experience of the ‘nature of reality’ – right in Real Nature. Several teachers will assist this journey through kundalini yoga, meditation practices (Tibetan Buddhist, Muslim, Sikh, Hindu) and goddess archetypology.
Our way of learning will be an experiential one through mindfulness-based exercises in the Korason & Hakomi Methods. And to exercise our creative, passionate & exotic selves, there will be some “flamenco healing” – learning & practice of some joyful, easy flamenco singing (and maybe even dancing :).
Participants will gather and take home skills & tools applicable to both personal and professional relationships.
