                         Korasomi Training                                Spring-Summer  Semester, 2026

KORASOMI is a creative synthesis & mentoring of the Korason Method (KM) for Authentic Voice & Dialogue integrated with the Hakomi Method of somatic, mindfulness-based self-inquiry. All this, through experiential group process & practice in the science & art of becoming a full person.

Designed for practical application though acquired skills and embodied learning, of emergent wisdom to relationships – personal & professional – and everyday life. Participants will find a warm, safe, luminous space for both learning & healing. Group size will be moderate.

Students paying for six sessions receive:

• 6 bi-weekly, live two-hour group sessions on Zoom
• occasional guest co-facilitators
• recordings of ‘talk-with-slides’ portions of sessions (principles + journey structure)
• emailed instructions & illustrations of KM techniques to practice at home
• one 60-minute private mentoring session with Hugh
• access to class-relevant videos & blogs on the Korasomi YouTube & Substack channels

After 6 sessions, there will be a 4-week pause, then students may register & pay for another semester, continuing indefinitely as this biweekly training will be ongoing (one set per season) – always presenting new material while reviewing & deepening themes and practice.

During this first year, the registration fee is being kept relatively low as attendance grows and curriculum deepens.

Along with short didactic talks on principles, the process consists of experiential exercises in mindfulness, sometimes in pairs or groups of three, followed by questions and discussion. There will be an emergent interaction between the group mind & experience, and between process & structure.

Practical tools will be taught at each session for students to take home and practice. Authentic Dialogue protocols will be in place so students feel comfortable & encouraged to express feelings, heart & mind.
